Una cucina stupefacente per un percorso gastronomico di gran classe e qualità. Cura minuziosa per il piatto e tutto ciò che è contorno dal servizio all'arredo. Una splendida scoperta in questo paesino delle montagne trentine all'interno di una antica casa ottocentesca. Ne vale proprio la pena

Posto accogliente, personale estremamente cordiale, accogliente e preparato. materie prime di ottima qualità, impianto molto ben curato, sapori e combinazioni semplicemente sorprendente. Cerca di credere.

The restaurant is small and very intimate, curated in every detail. the eating was just great, the whole table had the same menu, but the waiter was happy to pick up changes and replace a few dishes for a friend of mine. the courts. were beautiful and well balanced. the service was also exceptional. they have a great selection of the best local wines and some of the selection of fine Italian and French wines. this place deserves a Michelin star and will probably get one soon!

With eight friends from the family trentino I experienced one of the most outstanding meals I have ever enjoyed. I have eaten in some of the best restaurants in the Usa, Great Britain, paris and milano. in consideration of eating, decor, service,...commitment of owners to traditional cuisine, tre colombe is by far the best and most welcoming place all. it is amazing that such high-quality and tasty meals come from such a small staff and is served with such quality and high standards. from beginning to end it was remarkable. they are not normally open on Saturday for lunch, but have opened for us, which was very special. when someone who reads this travels in northern Italy, go to tre colombe. it is worth more than the trip!
