Bidrage med feedbackThis may be the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so incredibly friendly and warm and welcoming. I love the philosophy of this restaurant, where the chef chooses the preparation based on the fish and what feels best that day. You can taste the passion and care in every bite. We had the fisherman’s voice, ravioli stuffed with ischian rabbit stew, and the sea urchin linguine. We also had some local wine that the wonderful sommelier paired for us. Every thing was incredible, and I’m shocked this place is so under the radar! Michelin guide are you listening….
Wonderful philosophy (read the website), wonderful creations from the sea, many raw fish dishes assembled with local ingredients, special pasta, Dentice caught locally, incredible service, young chef who will surely work in a few years in the best restaurants of the world…., enjoy
Fantastic experience at The Season’s restaurant in Forio, Ischia. The food, drinks, knowledgeable and warm staff were outstanding. We had the Rabbit stuffed pasta (delicious), the Sea Bass (cooked to perfection, so delicate), and Prawns. All were outstanding. Watch the sunset as you are eating dinner. We will definitely be back!
