Nickels - VSL - Forest Hills

The service at the restaurant was very slow, even though it was not busy. I had made a reservation, but when I arrived, they had not recorded it.

The hamburger and the milkshake were presented, but the hamburger rolls were slightly burned and the hamburger very dry. the milkshakes were very liquid and did not seem to have much ice. the ones who had ribs and steak enjoyed them. we sat near the wall near the kitchen and the loud talking and screaming about distances in the kitchen made it very difficult to hear each other. it was not the best experience! in the past we were satisfied in this restaurant. the things seem different this time. the person waiting for us, however, was nice.

We have made the reservation by the open table 3 hours before the event. when we came to the restaurant, there was no reservation for us. to the happiness it was not very crowded this day.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my daughter's birthday party at this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. Overall, it is a fantastic place with delicious food, generous portions, and affordable prices.
