Dante's Pizza - Forest Hills

Been hearing about this place and boy was I glad to have tried it. The slices are delicious and cheesy with a nice satisfying crisp to the entire bottom and crust. The grandma slice in particular was one of the best I’ve had. Regular slice was a little softer, maybe got it too fresh out the oven but still delicious. All in all this is a great unpretentious NY slice. Will definitely be in my pizza rotation!

My first time trying their pizza and all I could say is the best pizza in Queens. The Grandma slice was absolutely amazing and no other pizzeria makes a Sicilian slice like theirs. Will definitely be a returning customer.Food: 5/5

Two words- Friggin delicious! I had been feeling down and low, as my pizza experience in Forest Hills hasn't been that great since living here. Thankfully my husband is the explorer in the relationship and decided to walk around the area. He stumbled upon Dante's and just had a feeling it would be good so he told me about it. We went there together a couple of days later and, thank the heavens, my pizza dilemma is now solved! The pizza at Dante's is the classic New York slice with the perfect amount of cheese and a nice thickness to the crust. The places I've been to before have had crust that's either too thin and too dry with the cheese lacking and sauce tasting like water at times. I don't mind thin crust but you gotta know how to do it. I'm happy to say that I found a place I can order from that has the New York pizza I've been searching for! I'll definitely be back!

Excellent slice! Chicken Parm hero was also very good. Nice friendly staff!?
