Mcdonald's - Forest Grove

I'm not fond of fast food, and McDonald's is one of the reasons why. They are trying to put more healthy items on the menu, which I am thankful for. Perhaps I will be able to eat here again.

Reduced to 1 star after recent visit took over 20 minutes to get food.Update: wish I could drop it to zero stars. Asked for a plain cheeseburger happy meal, had all the sauce and pickle that led to toddler melt down. Thanks.

Orders often are not completed and are usually missing items.

I actually hate going in there, they have the kiosks! I am old school there's nothing like being welcome in to an establishment. Every time I go in I push the little round button at the bottom of the kiosk because I hate those things they are so impersonal, not once have I ever had somebody come out to help me, I've gone to the counter and stood there and stood there and stood there while several people in the back walk by and actually looked at me and just kept walking they weren't filling orders they weren't sweeping they weren't wiping down counters they just ignored me and I'm tired of that its generational. So I'll never be going back there again!

Food... Never the greatest, Drive Thru... ALWAYS Busy with long lines. And the area they send you to park if the order is not ready, is so tight. Just trying to park a little subee crosstreck is difficult!
