Gales Creek Holdings - Forest Grove

We enjoy going to the Gales Creek Tavern on Taco Tuesday. There are other menu items available on Tuesday but it is limited to a few things. We have gotten the burgers and pizza, both good. No salad options and not gluten-free friendly. Taco's are now $2.00 a piece but well worth the increase. Soft or hard shells are available. Service is sometimes questionable. It is confusing because there are signs in several locations that suggest ordering at the bar, but sometimes a person does come to the table to take orders. I would suggest avoiding the tall tables on the west wall if the men's bathroom door is open. The reason I gave 4 stars is that the service depends on who is working and the fact that a glass of David Hill wine is $7.00 a glass.

I 've never been here before today. A friend said hey there 's a place on the way home we can get some food, so I was like, okay. It 's a little pub that 's a short stretch out of the way after getting back from the coast and we were really impressed. The bartender/server(wish I had gotten his name)was awesome. My buddy got a burger, I got the Reuben. We both ordered the jojos. He thought the burger was great, my rueben was fantastic. I ate some of the delicious Jojos and brought the rest home for my wife who promptly asked if we could go back and said to me, Google maps says it 's only about 35 miles away. Great service, great food and also had a Fort George IPA on tap. I will definitely be there in the next month when I go out fishing again. Hats off to this place I had never hard about. You definitely made a life long return customer.

They have a great place for Live Trivia every Thursdays at 7pm!

One dollar tacos on every Tuesday the taco's were good but what do you expect for a dollar the service was excellent
