Pizza Hut - Food Court Bldg Hickam Afb

Pizza was made to perfection and delivery was spot on!

Have yet to have a bad experience and the staff is always helpful (even when you forget to add something to your order).

Haven 't been here in awhile but it looks clean and remodeled since I 've been here.I was greeted by a friendly older local man. He was very personable and the service was quick.I knocked off one star because of their phone system, which I know they have no control over. I called island wide Pizza Hut number and since no one answered a message said, we are now transferring you to our mainland call center. I rather talk to a person in the store that I 'm going to be ordering from.Anyway so I just went in and ordered, much easier and less stressful.

Advised person on phone that it took a while for me to come back to Pizza Hut because a couple of years they burnt the pizza underneath and I'm sure you can smell burnt crust zbd they delivered it anyway. Now it's the year 2023 and was interested in the dinner box, so with everything, including delivery, the 5 star was given.

Worst customer service I've ever had. All I kept getting was just straight up attitude. Never coming here again.
