Zaky Mediterranean Grill - Fontana

Sandra the manager is just awfully treated all so bad screams to customers had a few customers say how crazy she was. Her employees were so afraid of her. She was extremely aggressive with me, I asked about the owner name she refused to give me information and said she didn't care if I called the owner. How can everyone set this tyrant, how can any owner not see how inappropriate an employee is. His reflection on the owner and what the company stands and his definitely not the customer. Please do not support this type of treatment. My heart went out for her employees, it must be terrible that they come to work to meet this tyrant.

I just went without food and totally respected. I have come here for years I have the same every time when I asked about a page of rice tabbuleh and quinoa salad I asked it every morning with my smoothie next door I had the worst customer experience with Matthew and Ghoacha I will never eat again, I have offered to pay more for small, just to have a smaller container so that I do not eat as I wanted to ask the manager.

We had a late lunch there. The young employees and the older employees were very loud. The older employees were very rude and loud to the younger employees. The food was quite salty and very expensive with very small portions. The lamb cabob was burned and didn't taste good. The well drinks were very expensive. We paid extra for extra lamb cabobs and it seemed like they were counting them as they put it in our plate. I'll never go there again.

Wow. I never write reviews, but I had to tell the public. It's too expensive. $17 for a fast food plate that is moderate and they give you a spoon of sauce. Not to mention that you have to pay extra for feta cheese or olives! A Mediterranean place. In any case, it won't be back.

I actually like this place, just read some reviews about rude employees, I think it's a cultural difference. I come here to pick up dinner every other week and have enjoyed it so far. I love that they have salad as a base, and portions are pretty good usually. Hummus is a bit blend, but garlic dipping sauce is everything! Oh and the baklava is really good!
