Poke Hana - Fontana

Place is not neat. Has a horrible smell. The food taste old I was so grossed out. Just doesn't make sense to open at 11 and the food look like this. They said it was fresh but how can that be when it looks like it was there from a day before. Definitely will not be coming back I threw my food away. I have gone to other poke restaurants and know how it should taste and smell! I hope I don't get sick

I'm really sad because I have been craving poke for a long time now and was excited to try a new place. When you walk in, does not seem very clean at all. Seems very cluttered back there by the food and the counters, just yuck. They don't seem like they are doing a good job managing place, and they were out of a lot of things!! Then on top of it, they charge you $1 extra for regular ahi tuna as a protein. I don't understand why they charge! No other poke place does! I think this place needs to work on their pricing. I think they need to work on getting more things in stock and cleaning the place up!

Have a salmon and imitation basket, with spicy mayo and ponzu sauce; so good. the customer service was great, friendly, has made the line fast. dish was super tasty added some mango toppings.

Loved the options and it tasted great. Had a medium with shrimp and crab. The miso garlic sauce was awesome. The miso soup as really bad though.

This is the 2nd time I've tried this poke place. The first time the fish pieces had few bones in them. Second time there were a lot more fish pieces with bones! I've been to many poke places and this has been the only place that had bones left in. Avocado is very tiny helping like almost a melon baller size. They are very very generous with the rice though. And their sauces in my case the house and miso garlic are flavorless. Also both times I've been, tuna ran out it must be so good I assume . I wanted to like this place and make it my go to poke bowl in this neighborhood, but quality is inconsistent and sauces are bland. Service and workers are very nice, but the fish, not so much.
