Bidrage med feedbackWe have been in France for a month this year, and have eaten in Paris and Burgundy. This restaurant is the best we have found. It deserves one or more Michelin stars. The chef is an artist of food. Everything we ordered was delicious and eye-pleasing. The service is very friendly and courteous. My wife had the lobster entree and it was a real surprise in its presentation and fantastic flavor. I had the rabbit terrine and was surprised how the chef could make something so delicious out of a rather standard dish. My wife's veal was unbelievably tender and tasty, and I had the trout. I expected the trout in the usual whole-fish presentation, but the chef cut the fish crosswise to make steaks. Fantastic!! The cheese and dessert offerings were equally outstanding. As one can see from the reviews, this restaurant is not well known to tourists. It should be. Finally, the prices are very modest for such a gourmet restaurant. It is a place not to be missed.
