St. James Gate - Folly Beach

Great pub with authentic Irish feeling. Our waitress was delightful , the atmosphere is really cool and the food was delicious

Good food at a reasonable price. We were able to sit immediately and we’re served within 15 minutes of sitting. Fast friendly service with a great atmosphere. Recommended and will be back next time we’re in town. Stop on by and give it a try. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

They are apparently TEMPORARILY CLOSED for remodeling. Unfortunately, they neglected to put any notices to that effect on their website etc. Being sloppy and inconsiderate like that gets one star. UPDATE It was just announced that they are permanently closed. The business has been sold. It will become a Coconut Joes and open in April, 2023.

Was great, now closed, unclear when if ever it will reopen

Was sooo looking forward to getting my frozen Irish coffee but they are closed, unknown for how long. So sad
