In addition to the classic pizzas you can find and try the extraordinary potato croquettes made by them with love and passion, excellent baked or fried panzerotti... everything that is a pizzeria is in their restaurant. A piece of advice, try the Paposcia.... a kind of hot sandwich made with pizza dough and stuffed as you want... my favorite Paposcia was the one with mozzarella, tomatoes, aubergines... you can add a raw good local ham... a pleasure. Having ended up in Foggia for family reasons, La Vampa has become our point of reference almost every evening.
