We had a big server, he was embarrassing about eating that he had to bring to the table! He also informed us about 10 minutes after we had set ourselves up that they would not serve any more, just appetizer and sandwiches!!! apparently the chef and the team had announced recently and there was no replacement yet! who prepared our meals should not be in any restaurant kitchen! it was absolutely terrible. after that we ran into another hotel guest on the elevator and chat with him, he said, and I quote “Really beautiful hotel, but avoid the restaurant, it is terrible! “We sent the half of the meal back and had to have the meal together, but apparently the management is incapable or not existent either. unfortunately this also reflects badly on the hotel (sheraton flowood jackson mississippi)! they must do something fast or they will start the loosing guests quickly! Finally, it should be a resort with restaurant and golf. probably not back.

Service was excellent. the waitress checked how we often do it.

Eat was great and when you go, try to get jessica for your waitress. she is attentive and only a fun person she has to deal with.

Rude host. I did not want to honor our confirmed reservation 9pm. they closed at 9 o'clock. Finally, a table offered and said we should wait a long time. we're gone.

New service and was not 100% ready. Shrimp and grits TOO salty. Redfish was great.
