Panda Express - Flowood

Faster service, although it is busy. Cheese-cheese tasted strange to me, didn't like it. my wife liked the green beans not in one of the entrées. everything else was good and business was clean.

The 2 ladies in the front seemed overjoyed with their job. And it showed through great customer service. The young lady that fixed the plates was fast and swift!! The woman at the register seemed extremely extremely happy and thankful that we came in today. Even the crew in the back spoke to us as we paid thanking us for coming in today. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back!!

Good food, but as the saying goes one bad apple can spoil the bunch. There is a lady that works there that has the worst customer service skills out of any Panda Express that I 've visited. I have received this bad customer service about 5-6 times. I usually try to shrug off bad customer service especially at a not so formal restaurant. But i demand my respect. Tonight I visited Panda Express on 4/9/2022 at 8:20. I waited for 5 minutes in an empty restaurant before anyone came to greet me. The lady with the bad customer service put gloves on and said what you want? She doesn 't listen to your order that you 're placing, therefore you have to repeat yourself 3-4 times. I don 't mind repeating for clarification but her entire body language says negativity along with her tone of voice. If you 've received this type of bad customer service at Panda Express of Flowood do yourself a favor and visit China Cafe ' down the street.

Having lunch on this rainy Tuesday. Chow mein, super greens, orange chicken, and that delicious black cherry tea.

If I could give a half star for this order I would. I got a plate and ordered double orange chicken... I kindly asked them to make a fresh batch and they did. Whoever is the cook there needs to be on the line because my chicken didn't have HINT of orange on it. Completely ruined my meal. It tasted so bitter. Highly disappointed.
