Bidrage med feedbackI received great customer service at this location. I stopped in for lunch because I had a promotional coupon. There was an issue with the register accepting the coupon, and a line of customers had developed as my sub was being made. I said I would just pay for my sandwich and get a drink and chips as well, even though that wasn 't part of the promotion. I did not realize the employee assisting me was the manager on duty, and he insisted that I grab a bag of chips, a large drink and the sub I ordered and would not accept my cash. He apologized for the inconvenience and asked me to keep them in mind next time I was hungry for a sandwich. It was a great gesture I thought. Few days later I needed a quick but filling lunch again, so I stopped by for another sub. This time I asked for it to be made with the promotional '50% more meat for ¢50 '. My sandwich was made fresh and fast, just like you 'd expect. As I was taking out my wallet to get my money, he asked if I still had the coupon on my phone, that it was being funny but he had an idea, asked if I 'd help him test it again. As the register took the coupon he smiled and told me he fixed it later in the day I had 1st stopped by. He thanked me for my patience and apologized again for any inconvenience. I got 2 delicious sandwiches some extras in 1 week for free. I appreciated the 's I saved for sure, but having worked in customer service most of my life, I recognize and appreciate the attention to detail and the intent to satisfy the customer even more!
The food was awsome. Everything was made the way I ordered it. The store was clean and the team was on point in doing their job. The bathrooms smelled great. My experience was perfect and everyone cared.
Tho there's usually one employee during lunch, he's super fast and friendly. He is also bilingual, I heard him speaking Spanish to another customer.
