Our glasses remained empty, even after they had asked for refills many times. The waitress seems overwhelmed and unable to handle her tables. The manager asked her a few times if she was okay and she said she was. But he never appeared to help. What a terrible customer service this place has. The food is not good enough for the terrible service. I'm not coming back.

Had a great experience here on Friday. Surprisingly we had no waiting time and sat immediately (if we were lucky). Our server was very friendly and attentive and even raised me over ranch with mozzarella sticks in contrast to the typical Marinara sauce. Apparently we were the first table that the server had questioned. And to my surprise it was actually quite delicious, I would try. You have a nice selection of gourmet burgers that appeal to everyone at a table. The groundless frits are also a beautiful touch. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and will definitely return.

Great experience and so happy the child's Mac-n-Cheese is back in stock. Kinsey was wonderful and cared for our family.

Today we tried to drive the chili over the parking lot. The boy was such a huge way, so we went out. Ends with Red Robin and were pleasantly surprised. Three nice young people welcomed us and made sure we were sitting right away. Our waiter, Chad, was very polite and efficient. The food was good, hot and fresh. Restaurant was clean, and they even put the music for us. We did not eat at this point in a while, so after our bad ordeal in Chilis, it was nice to see so many employees there to work and take care of the customers. The kitchen area even had a complete staff, although it was slow at 4:00. Thanks to employees for hard work if you don't have so much in these days! One last thing, I would agree with other reviews that it seems that the burgers have shrunk in size, but I actually have nothing against it because I think the current size is not too full.

We had a large group for a farewell lunch at work. They sat us quickly and were very friendly. We all got served drinks promptly and orders taken. As people arrived late, their orders were taken as promptly. The food was delicious and all orders delivered as requested. Would definitely recommend!
