Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I didn't mean to give a good review. Last 3 times I was there. When I got home my order was wrong. Sat in line 10 minutes and told order taker that I had had problems in the past. Please make sure my order was correct. She told me she would not take my order and that I would have to come in. So I left. I probably won't go back.

Their Veggie Burgers taste great. One of the Best in the area. They would compete strongly in the health food space if they gave it a wheat bun... and advertised it as an option. Other veggie burgers are terrible. 54th Street Grill and Drake's are close behind.

Food was good. It was expensive. Manager was friendly and keeping busy attending to customers and he was getting orders together. The other workers were slow and lazy and mainly just walking around, some were flipping their hair alot. Trash can was over flowing with trash. Ladies restroom stalls were filthy. Was told they didnt have onion rings because they were short staffed.

I ordered a double bacon cheese burger meal and did not receive a top bun. Meat was salty and no toppings on the burger. I emailed the district manager who gave me a coupon for ice cream sandwich. I feel disrespected. I've cream sandwich does not make up for the meal they messed up

Food is always good. Customer service is always on point. The atmosphere is very cool.
