Chili's Grill - Florissant

Curbside Service is a joke!!! Ordering food online eventually had to go to get my order. I had 2 different orders 1 order sat on this rack, where random people just came in and begin to touch the bags to see if their name on the bags is unnecessary to say my 1. Order was on the rack and the two. No one had any idea where it was. There is no command in this place that leads the blind. The workers did not wear gloves when preparing food and mask, where not properly worn.

Our server was great! Other employees allowed customers to walk around without their masks while the server didn't have their mask right. The kitchen staff were parked at the Disabled Centre without attaching themselves properly; Luckily no one needed this place. The food was excellent!

The food was great. Service was fast and the hostesses were very nice

We order the delivery from here tonight. Our soup was missing our order. No biggie, that's happening. I called and the manager was wonderful, offered us a GC or refund. We took the GC, as we knew we would order them in the near future. The food was amazing! Our middle rare steak came perfectly cooked, and the ribs were tender and tasty. Everything was great!

I ordered a shrimp fajita to go online. I had to wait longer than the expected wait time and they didn't appear to be that busy. I am, however, always good about waiting if the order is correct. I checked my order in the car and it was missing the guacamole and sour cream. When I asked for them the employee that brought out my order said they were in the bag, but they weren't. Another employee got me what I needed. When I got home I realized they didn't give me the cheese as well. The food was excellent, but they need to be more on top of making sure that all parts are included. My biggest concern was that the employee who brought me my order had his mask down. I do give props to the cooks, the to go person not so much.
