Butcher's Corner - Florida

I stopped in to Butcher's Corner in Florida, NY to look for their original Ukrainian Borscht that I had heard about. They did not have any already made so they offered to make a special order just for me! When the order came in, I paired this rich earthy soup with delicious pierogies my friend graciously gave to me to make a wonderfully crafted meal. The borscht was a hearty, complex, nutritious and earthy variety of root vegetables and rich savory beef. It was truly a culturally-rich culinary experience. Do stop in. All of the meats and other delicacy's in their shop are of the highest quality. They are at the top of their craft. And best of all, they aim to please!

Absolutely delicious. If you're thinking about trying, definitely go for it.

My husband I went there for the first time this weekend and we got the Porterhouse steaks and the Pork chops. Both had to have been the best steaks and pork chops I've ever had. The pork chops where so tender I think I could have cut them with the fork if I had to. I can't wait to go back and try more of their meats.

I've been a regular shopper here for over a year, get just about all our meats here now everything is always fantastic especially their pre seasoned kebabs such for grilling, and the (bone in) pork chops that are the actual best I've ever eaten in my life. The owners are friendly as well, great service and a great little shop. They carry a small selection of other groceries too for convenience like sauces spices, pantry items some fresh veggies.
