First time we went with my family we love the very rich place of food and very good attention
Bad attention. cold food (they were very much involved in bringing it) and chips with drop of old oil. Nobody came to apologize for the delay and not a panera gave us. a mess, and they're worth nothing. a very bad experience of this place.
