Longhorn Steakhouse - Florence

After being told there was a 30 minute wait we went to our car, as directed, and watched the message sent to us to follow what number in line we were. When it got down to 4th in line we were expecting the notification that our table would be ready soon but the next message said we were no linger in line for a table. Cancelled out after a 30 minute wait. We did go inside and get a table after explaining what happened. The food and service was good but they had the issue with being dropped off waiting list with more thsn just my party. It turned out to be fine but they should try to resolve that issue.

Food and service was great as always! Love that we were able to wait in our cars instead of inside. We received a text when our table was ready.

We visited the restaurant late last night after my son's soccer game, arriving at 9:45 PM. I expected to be turned away since I thought they closed at 10, but that didn't happen...

The food is excellent, and the service is outstanding. Given the rising prices at fast-food restaurants, dining at Longhorns for a burger offers much better value.

The service was impeccable. I had the best mac and cheese, and the ranch dipping sauce for my fries was fantastic! I would rate it a perfect 10/10! Additionally, the beer was only $3!
