Chick-fil-a - Florence

This restaurant is extremely popular, with a friendly and well-organized staff. The dining room is currently closed, but they offer inside pick-up for online orders and 3rd party delivery. Chick-Fil-A excels at providing efficient drive-thru service during the pandemic, with long lines at every location. Kudos to the chain for their outstanding service!

My only problem with this place is the extraordinarily long drive thru lines! It seems no matter what time of day or night, it is always wrapped around multiple times and out onto the main road! I did realize, however, that you actually CAN go in and order! Which is fantastic! Instead of waiting 45 min in drive thru (which I hate to do) we simply walked in, and had our food within 5 min. So, short of being crazy busy cuz it is delicious, I love this place. Their food is amazing and customer service is very nice as well.

I absolutely adore the deluxe chicken sandwich at this restaurant. The chicken is tasty, crispy, and incredibly tender. Unlike many other places where burgers have been downsized with more bun and veggies, this sandwich is filled with delicious chicken. I appreciate the efficient system they have in place for the line of cars, as it moved us through quickly. Despite the potentially hectic environment for the staff, my order was perfect. Overall, the sandwich was truly delicious and definitely worth making the trip down the hill for.

Strange layout, but consistently good quality food that is always prepared hot and fresh.
