Charley's Grilled Subs - Florence

I had such an awful experience at this location. I had 5 workers blatantly ignore me. My family just wanted a few lemonades because it's our favorite. I made contact with multiple workers, and even asked if anybody is working the register.. completely silent! Young people don't have any dignity with these jobs

This place consistently shuts the grill down several hours before the restaurant closes. So then they are paying employees to turn customers away and play on cell phones. If you can catch them when they are willing to cook, the subs are decent, but I sure wouldn't bother heading this way if you really want to eat cause who knows if they will cook.

I cannot recommend this restaurant, not only because the young man with brown hair working tonight was very rude, but also because they were supposed to charge customers properly and refused to ring up my lemonade.

Wow, I was hoping for the ultimate dining experience, but unfortunately, it wasn't the best time to visit. I was informed that they had run out of most menu items except for chicken and steak. The price was almost $20, and I'm not sure if it will be worth it at that cost.

Awful experience. I arrived 30 minutes before closing time, but they had already shut down and refused to serve me because they decided to close early due to being slow.
