Arby's - Florence

Arby's offers a dining experience including hearty sandwiches filled with roast beef, flavorful sauces, and a variety of sides to choose from.

I visited Arby's before work today. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and nothing else. It took 20 minutes to receive my order, and it was incorrect. The service was terrible and the owner needs to improve employee training. A 5 year old could have done better.

Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. A bunch of teenagers on their phone, and not caring. Food was made wrong, fries were cold, took 15 min to get my order they screwed up. Another 10 min waiting for my correct order. This place has gone down hill so bad. NEVER EVER coming back.

This may sound silly, but this was my first and probably last time dining at an Arby's. I decided to try the BLT with a Hawaiian roll (but no rolls) and asked for an apple turnover (but no turnovers). Instead, I received a BLT on a regular bun with curly fries. I found the meal to be overpriced for what was offered.

Arby's is always delicious, reliable and their roast beef is easy on the belly. Every now and then they forget to bag a side or condiments, but overall the current crew seems nice and does a good job. I miss the potato cakes, but the apps are really good and so are many of their sandwiches. A bit pricey, but the quality is worth it.
