Trattoria Le Mossacce - Florence

No fancy table cloths and small menu but the food and service made up for it! Felt very much like a family style restaurant. Since there were just 2 of us, we shared our table with other patrons so a bit of a tight squeeze. If you are looking for a quick, authentic and reasonably priced dinner, I’d recommend this place.

We loved it here! I’m amongst all the tourists and crowds it felt authentic and simple. Fast, efficient service which is all about the food which was absolutely epic and really reasonable

This was a cozy little place with lots of locals and a friendly Florentine welcome from everyone! We sat near their kitchen and could watch them work. It was charming.

A very rustic and authentic experience if you hunt Nouvelle cuisine, then Mossacce is not for you. If you experience traditional, regional food with a qualified hand and high-quality ingredients, and Florence from years away, then book a table and enjoy your visit.
