Famous Dave's - Florence

The Florence, KY location has its ups and downs mainly due to management changes and menu changes. The last 2 times we went to Famous Dave 's the food was disappointing. Over cooked, dried out and cold. Tonight 's visit was an exception. The ribs were delicious as well as the sides. They actually brought back our favorite fries that had been previously changed on the menu. Thank you Famous Dave 's! Our waiter, Famous Eric was excellent. Knowledgeable of the menu, helpful with suggestions and attentive to service. We still do not understand why management removed the sugars and ketchup from table making you ask for them?

Enjoyed a great double date with friend we live in Cincinnati Ohio and we drove 40 minutes just to try their food and it was well worth Drive I made reservations but it definitely was needed we were greeted at the entrance and got to choose where we wanted to eat I LOVE IT and so did my husband and the other we were with

The wait was a little longer than I would have liked, but the food tasted so good, it made up for the wait. Portions were a little small, but not really an issue. The barbeque nachos were great and came with a lot of food. Definitely getting that again!

Veterans Day: they claimed to have a special for the holiday and they didn't have anything for dinner... Only a sandwich posted on a printed paper taped to the door and it was only for lunch.

The food was good but they couldn't keep up with the demands. We asked for the chicken but was told it would be 40 minutes. Then, they ran out of cornbread and our waitress was so busy she forgot to bring it. We asked for it and had to wait for the next batch. We took it home because we had finished our meal. Waitress was kind but had too many tables to maintain.
