The Cross Foxes - Flintshire

Good local pub, recently changed hands. Sunday dinner; Meat, gravy, yorkshire and swede were really good, greens were OK, stuffing and roasties a bit hard. Honestly, service was too slow. Plenty of opportunities to clear our plates were overlooked and staff stood around a bit. Not a criticism, just an observation from one waiter to another. Great price, great choice, great portion size and lovely starter and dessert. Best of luck

This is our second visit to X Foxes as we love the journey from our home on the North Wales coast a short distance away, the atmosphere here is lovely relaxed the Sunday lunch is superb. All home sourced home made. Pleasantly served. We will be back soon. Thank you.

First visit to this village pub . Just off the main mold Denbigh road . We got a warm and helpful welcome good food and ale and a very reasonable bill at the end Will definitely visit again
