Mold Elm Kebab Pizza - Flintshire

It came 1 hour and 20 minutes too late my £7.20 huh keebab not worth the money and his overcooked dry and hardly burned any salatbox half empty when I called to ask where my eating was she hanging the phone on me. Order...after 6 o'clock receive 8.30

Food was not on time! Normal pretty good but tonight was cold and late! Really annoyed will be going elsewhere!

I have using Elm kebab for 3 years now,and get them to deliver, I've never had a problem with them. There food is excellent and certainly the cheapest around. Winer Winner!

Always used Elm kebab, the food is normally faultless and the service friendly. That was until last night, now given the current issues with the virus I expected it to be busy and an hour wait seemed reasonable. After 1.5 hours and no sign of...food I decided to call for an update, I was told it would be an additional 30 minutes as they were busy. Again I was prepared to wait but then had a message from just eat saying it would be with me in 10 minutes. After over 2 hours (from original ordering time) I decided to call again, this time instead of getting and update I received a full blown rant from the man on the phone telling me he had washed his hands 25 times and I was now barred from ordering food and to find another shop! The phone was then put down and I was left wondering what had just happened. The food arrived and was ok, but clearly rushed and chips were fried to within an inch of their lives! disappointing that I am now barred, but there are plenty of other kebab houses in mold and I won’t recommend Elm ever again.

Very, very poor. Placed an order via JustEat at 7:15pm for a 8:20pm delivery. Given the current situation they’re going to be busy so gave it till 8:45pm before chasing it up. Said that they hadn’t made it yet but it’ll be 30 mins. Called...again at 9:45pm and was told that they’ll start to cook it now, cancelled the order and requested refund. They said I’d have to do it via JustEat. I did that and the takeaway have refused my request for a refund. They have taken money for a service they have not given. Will be taking this further. They also set the status do the order as “delivered” meaning they are also misleading JustEat with their order completion. Don’t use this place.
