Staff not smiling and not polite. we have the impression what just want the money and goodbye pff. be a welcoming minimum

After a cinema, we wanted to please the children by taking them to the mac do. we were very disappointed (and it is still a small word!). cold and robotic reception, uncleaned room, closed tables of finished trays, full trash, dirty floor...We tried to understand their new control system on screen, for novices there is no explanation about how the machine works. We waited 10 minutes before our order came to our table. The food was barely warm. There were two things missing on the board. I went to wait five minutes near the counter that someone was gonna ask me what was there. When I went back to my table, my meal was cold! with all these negative points accumulated, I understood why, one Saturday night, the room was almost empty. Ah yes, I forgot...The pictures of the different hamburgers have nothing to do with reality!!!

Staff not very welcoming, dirty tables, rather long delay. I don't recommend. often out of stock with promos.

I came with a group of 24 people without reservation, a Friday noon at 12:45 and in 15 minutes, everyone was at the table. In fact, people order the terminals. people are waiting behind a queue of 10 people. Seeing that there is a world in charge of mc Donald’s moves with each person to take his order and then we go to the cash to pay. brief, bravo for the organization and would like to extend my congratulations to all the staff of mc Donald’s. with regard to this restaurant, it is located next to the crossroads shopping center and looks like the other Donald’s de france mc with a car service “service drive”. there is a child area and you can park easily on the parking lot of the commercial area. However, I did not see a place with the possibility of reading the newspaper in the region. otherwise, this one is clean and after our passage the tables are cleaned. Unlike the ideas received, prices are not the same between different institutions. It is important to know that the leaders are franchisees in this one, you must add €0.60 to have a large fry and 10cl of drink in addition, the menu being €7.30 including sauce. I ordered a mc wrap with pepper with potatoes and this one was correct. with regard to fries my remark is always the same, namely that these are long, and not thick with white bubbles on these because cooking is always just to point. I think we should have some fries a little more grilled at mc Donald’s. As far as the manager is concerned, I was shocked because she had no carts and caps and yet I saw when I was at the table that she was helping in the kitchen. I always find it difficult to understand how you can do to cash the money pieces of the customer and serve it at the same time, i.e., go get the fries, prepare the drinks etc.! I can't find this hygienic. If you look at the kitchen, you can see that the fries are prepared in advance in the small boxes!
