Dunkin' Donuts - Flemington

Not happy with customer service. Tried getting help with the rewards app this morning in the store but the employee couldn?t be bothered to help me.

Stopped in to use the restroom and to get a cup of coffee. Attendant never showed up at the cash register. Waited three minutes and left without ordering anything. Truly sad state of affairs.

One of the more efficient Dunkin's I've gone to. Always correct order and quick. They seem to always be well staffed in the morning

Went to Dunkin 3 times this week and wanted to eat inside with family. BUGS EVERYWHERE! Every table we sat at had bugs crawling on the table and seats. Donuts were stale early in the morning too.

Added $1 for no ice in an iced tea. seriously! the manager stated it was policy! to give him his due, he did take the time to explain that with no ice the customer actually recieves extra product. logical. but still crazy.
