Bidrage med feedbackGood food, atmosphere, and service, but the pies...Best pies around and have been foe decades. Seriously, pie as an appetizer is our norm whenever we go here. Why wait until you're full from eating your breakfast scramble or double cheeseburger? Pie first!
The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was nice, it was decorated with some older stuff. The we had was good. The was three in our party one had a hamburger onion rings, another had a fish sandwich and fries and coconut cream pie, I had catfish potato salad, macaroni salad it was all good. Would Highly recommend. The only problem was it wasn't really handicapped accessible you couldn't really use a walker as one in our party needed to use because of mobility issues. Parking: The parking was behind the restaurant it was difficult to find when you are not from the area or frequent the establishment. Wheelchair accessibility: It wasn't really handicapped accessible not enough room to get a walker through.
If you are in the mood for some home made pie, then this is the place you need to be. We had the strawberry and apple and I must say, some of the best I've had.
THESE PEOPLE THAT OWN IT ARE ROBBING PEOPLE. STRAIGHT UP . I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY CAN GO TO SLEEP AT NIGHT AND REST KNOWING HOW THE ECONOMY IS AND THEY'RE GOING TO CHARGE AS MUCH AS THEY CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING IT'S RIDICULOUS ONE PIECE OF PIE AND A 2 L COKE $12 NO SENSE IN IT NO SENSE AT ALL I'LL NEVER GO BACK THERE EVER.. and to top it off they don't even take the Link card.. that is the first store I've seen to not take a Link card in 20 years are they too good for food stamps some people are not as fortunate as others. I will pray for you
Maxwell House never disappoints. We go every weekend for either breakfast or lunch, and we always bring home a slice of pie for later. The service is wonderful too! Everyone is kind and helpful.
