Bidrage med feedbackMy husband and I had such a nice Saturday afternoon at Yen Viet Kitchen. The wait staff was very mild, attentive, and friendly. The dining area is fairly small but it was clear everyone in the room was enjoying their experience, and they sat us as fast as possible. Service was speedy yet they still apologized for the wait!We ordered fresh spring rolls for our appetizer appropriately portioned, super fresh and delicious. The peanut sauce was packed with flavor and had peanuts and other flavorful crispies in it.Our main meal was the Beef Stirfry noodle bowl. Everything felt so well crafted and abundant. We shared the big bowl between two bowls and it felt like the right amount. We enjoyed the food so much we ordered a to go Pho soup to have later. They did not hold back on this either! So many different components all separated for maximum freshness and quality of experience. The price was maybe a dollar or more two than average, but I think that was well warranted since they accompany each dish with fresh components. To me, a very unassuming yet well managed restaurant. It had all the most important qualities done well. We will definitely return!Parking: Shares parking with a couple other businesses that don't usually have too many customers. You should be able to find parking most of the time.
We saw 5 stars and excited to try. Unfortunately BBH was really bad. My husband couldn't chow down. Meats was big chunk not slides in thin piece. Banh Canh Tom cua was salty. Probably not looking forward coming back. Customers service was okay !!!
Have had Bun bo hue, banh khot, bahn cuon, cha gio, and going cuon. Everything is amazing. One of my favorite restaurants in vegas.
Great vietnamese food, definitely hit the spot.Bahn first time trying, it was delicious! Would order againBun bo I was surprised the broth wasn't red I'm not vietnamese so not sure what an authentic version is supposed to look like but it tasted very good. No shrimp paste (I used to get this with bun bo hue from my fave vietnamese place in the bay area)They had chili and lemongrass chili on each table and I loved both of them!Friend ordered Mi Quang and she was happy with her food too. This is now my favorite vietnamese place in Vegas (haven't tried too many yet), will definitely go back.
One of the best banh canh I’ve had!Banh khot, bun rieu are also really good here.
