Burger King - Flagtown

Very bad, I asked for a bacon cheeseburger medium fries and four chicken nuggets to take out,but they give me a small normal cheeseburger small fries and they didn’t even give me the chicken nuggets. I tried to call them, but the phone number is not working.

This place is a customer service nightmare. Stay away and visit other restaurants in the area! Over the years I constantly got bad service at this restaurant. I stopped going for a while. I went back last week and the service was actually decent. I went back tonight and went inside. When I arrived there were 3 cars at the drive through and 1 person in line. The assistant manager had no idea how to enter an app code into the register. It took her almost 5 minutes until she called the manager over to fix it. Then she looked at me for another 10 minutes without taking my order. The staff was really slow. They all focused on the drive through only. Finally i threw my hands up and left. The assistant manager looked at me like i had 2 heads. Cluelss bunch. The owner of this restaurant should sell to someone who knows what he is doing. This place is awful and clearly needs proper management. My son and i went to the Burger King in Bridgewater. Went in got my food n 5 minutes and ate. Totally disappointed at the Hillsborough site.

Good they call a double cheese burger it was 2.99 and so called value meal fries and they were eather 2.29 or 2.49 there were 12 fries in there the prices are stupid high there is no value at

Once a week we stop at this restaurant and I get 2 double cheeseburgers. The picture on the menu has 2 slices of cheese on the double cheeseburger. The TV commercial has 2 slices of cheese. But I've never gotten 2 slices of cheese. Something to think about if you like cheese.

One star is being nice, the overall restaurant was very clean however it took forever to get a simple order with not one customer around. To top that off I found a hair in both my burger and fries. Also the manager was not very nice to his employees, I constantly heard yelling while I ate. Last time for Burger King
