Sushi Fuji - Flagstaff

I have shaved in the past about Hiro’s, another very good sushi restaurant in Flagstaff, but Fuji, after a slightly rough opening a few months, has become my sushi standby. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is that their cooked food — reasonably delicious lunch time Bento boxes and noodle dishes — is simply not as tasteful or as diverse as Hiro. But on the sushi front? Mmmmm, it's all so good! Well made, fresh and with some nice inventive specialties. Fuji is my impulse lunch off, and one of the spots I'm really happy to go for dinner.
