Good service until earlier this afternoon. I?ve only been here 3 times and today I pulled into the drive through and was told by the young lady taking orders in the line around 1:30 pm that I had entered the wrong line and cut 3 people, she was very rude and then continued to be rude throughout the rest of the ordering process once we were in the right line (which ended up being the same line we pulled into the first time). I understand that there are ways things must work in order for them to run smoothly and that requires a small amount of effort on my part but being unnecessarily rude to a customer is never appropriate.
Ridiculously slow service. I don 't care about the staff asking me dumb questions, trying to make conversation, like, What are you doing today? What 's your favorite movie trilogy? I just want my drink!
Monday morning...well what can I say, it's always worth the wait...but this wait time was about 25 minutes. As always our order was taken wayyy ahead but still you get to window and there's about another 3-5 minute wait. If you want to do a self check of how much PATIENCE you have...this is a time to go. BTW..our drinks are so GOOD! ALWAYS DELISH! Sugar Free Annihilator and Sugar Free Rainbow Tea. Thanks Dutch Bros .
The Dutch Bros is located near a plaza. There is always long lines when I go to this location so expect to wait around 10-15mins. Nonetheless the staff is always friendly and kind.
