Bidrage med feedbackI wanted to give this sweet little spot in downtown Flagstaff a 5 but I just can't. The positives: food was very good. We tried the Navajo Taco, which was highly recommended and was hearty, lots of food and had great taste. The crab-dip assizers Pozole were also not too bad. The negatives seemed to be short, so everything took a while. We were patient and understood, and our server was very friendly and very good considering that it had many tables to tend with very little support. The big negative was the music that played over the head was old?roaring 20?s? the literally sound like it played on a record player from the 20s and loud. We laughed, but agreed that waiting for our drinks food would have been easier if it had not been for the overhead tunes. Haha
I don't give them stars. Above all, we sat and served people who sat well after us. I ordered the piesole and asked no onion. The menu says only green onion, they put white onion on it then later said that the soup itself has onion in the broth in which the menu DID NOT mentioned. I'm allergic! I never have food. At this point I would not recommend this place.
This restaurant was an absolute terrible experience. the server has two dishes and one appetizer grounded. raged buffalo wings and ended with a completely different taste. then the server had to call, which took 22 minutes to tell us that it was her fault and the kitchen made new buffalo wings. then we waited 17 minutes until nothing comes out. would not recommend it because the server make it on to be new responsible. that does not play a role in the real world.
We enjoyed a great dinner here after a long hike. The nachos, potato dill soup and chicken sandwich I ate all so well. The guy who came out to get us our food was pretty rude. Our waitress, Kaitlyn, was completely sweet and helpful and apologetic and went on to his unprofessionals. Fun atmosphere and good food. I'm back.
Sun; Aug. 14 ? There was a power outage in the whole downtown area. I walked around 30 mins trying to find somewhere for lunch. They were open, even without electricity. Even while it?s raining, the windows have plenty of natural light. Their gas stove deep fryer we?re still working, they said ? when I?d asked if they?re still open (unlike everywhere else . I wouldn?t have held it against them if they had to turn away guests, but I appreciated that they fed me: I got the ?Bar-Tenders? (chicken strip French fry platter . Tasty! Definitely above average! Not the kind like frozen then fried at an Applebees or whatever, but the kind that are more of the fluffy texture (see my photo . Service was very courteous, as you can tell they were all doing their very best despite the power outage.
