Brix Restaurant & Wine Bar - Flagstaff

Brix never disappoints. Always fresh ingredients and interesting combinations. This time I tried the cassoulet, though, and it was way, way too peppery. Inedible. It reminded me of a Costco sample.....pepper in place of flavor. But one bad dish won’t keep us from returning to one of our favorite restaurants!!

We had such a great experience at Brix! Our waitress, Marissa, was super attentive and guided us through the menu since it was our first time there. The food was delicious and seasoned perfectly! The New York strip was super tender and juicy. Not to mention, branzino was cooked to perfection and the broth definitely enhanced the overall flavor profile. The dessert was quite tasty; not too overly sweet. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend anyone to try this place out!

Everything was delicious and the service was outstanding. We celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary here. We were greeted at our table by our waitress who presented us with celebratory glasses of champagne on the house. Such a nice surprise. We ordered 2 signature cocktails which were both amazing. We then had the Pizzicletta bread and olives as an appetizer. Our entrees were the duck breast and the cavatelli pasta with sausage and kale. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. We enjoyed it all. Our waitress was wonderful and paced our meal perfectly. I can say that this was easily one of the best meals we’ve had together in the last year or so. Fantastic. We will definitely dine here again.

Only thing I could say that wasn't 10 stsrs was I asked for a medium filet and got medium well. Other than that, 2 thumbs up

We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, the food and service was the best we have experienced since moving to Arizona 2 years ago.
