I had a very disappointing experience at this club recently. Even though I have been a loyal customer, I was not allowed entry without any explanation and the manager, Dean, treated me disrespectfully. I felt discriminated against and embarrassed. Until the discrimination issues are dealt with, I cannot recommend this place.
The service at this restaurant is very bad, and the manager (Dean) is not competent. The menu is also very limited.
Today, on Friday, April 19th, my friends and I had a disappointing experience at Five Dock RSL. Around 8:45 p.m., we arrived excited to have dinner together, but were met with a perplexing situation. One of our friends was denied entry to the establishment because, according to the manager named Dean, her membership had been cancelled without any valid explanation. Despite our gratitude for not having placed our food orders yet, the lack of transparency and professionalism displayed by Dean left much to be desired.
It is with great disappointment that I must convey my recent experience at this establishment. Despite being a loyal patron who frequents the club primarily for dinner, I was subjected to unwarranted mistreatment and disrespect by the management and staff. Upon arrival with my guests, we were inexplicably denied entry without any semblance of explanation or rationale. Despite our efforts to seek clarification from the manager, Dean, we were met with hostility and insolence. Instead of attempting to address the situation with professionalism and courtesy, Dean resorted to derogatory remarks and promptly ejected us from the premises. As a customer who has consistently upheld the standards of conduct expected within the establishment, I am deeply offended by the unjust treatment we received. Such conduct reflects poorly on the club’s reputation and raises serious concerns about its management’s competence and commitment to customer satisfaction. In light of this egregious incident, I would caution prospective patrons to reconsider patronising this establishment until such time as these issues are rectified and assurances of respectful and equitable treatment for all patrons are provided.
