Puntarossa Da Renatone - FIUMICINO

Pleasant lunch experience on the seaside during a quiet sunny sunday. This time I ordered just a starter, rich portion of Tuna carpaccio with orange slices and sauteed chicory aside. There were several table reserved but service was very quick and staff kind ready to engage with customers. The boss Renatone was there too but did not approach the veranda or even come to greet..applied prices do not balance with the welcome received...this is the only consideration. A part for this the menu worth another booking

This is a simple restaurant with great freshly cooked food by a famous TV chef. It's a family owned and run establishment , so no formality here . It's pricey , but the quality of the food is amazing. Go for the food .

We 've visited Puntarossa on a sunny Saturday beginning of July and I 've got to say that we were served excellent fresh seafood and pasta at the terrace with a view towards the beach sea. The service was very attentive, the Patrone himself checked took plates away, asked if everything was fine. It 's a simple beach restaurant, nothing posh but with lots of important people . Anyway we had a platter of fresh (raw) seafood incl. red shrimps which was just perfect with a bit of sea salt olive oil, 2 pastas (one Vongole and one with seafood and cherry tomatoes) as well as two desserts (of which the peach/chocolate torte was superb). Incl. soft drinks espresso we paid approx. € 110.00 which is totally okay for what we had. If you want to leave Rome for a day, want to visit the stunning Etruscan Necropolis nearby, this place is just perfect to calm down.

L'ultimo chalet della spiaggia di Maccarese è il rifugio di questo rustico ristorante. Il corposo cuoco è famoso per la sua partecipazione in tv. Piatti semplici ma di ottima fattura, abbondanti e succulenti. I tonnarelli con agrumi e crostacei veramente saporiti. Ottimo servizio. I moscardini fritti, piccolissimi, croccanti e per niente unto.

Il primo giorno di primavera....sole , mare e un ottimo pranzo. È sempre un grande piacere andare da Renato e la sua famiglia....posto magnifico vista spiaggia e mare... accogliente e cucina di pesce semplice, semplice ma con l 'uso di materie prime eccellenti... Un caro saluto a tutti voi,a presto
