Best Western Fiuggi Terme

Stayed as part of a tour group for three nights and not impressed. Despite being clean and rooms a decent size the location for me was bad. On a busy road which started at 5am on one side or if at the back constant dogs barking. Apart from a supermarket next door there is nothing else around. It's about a 10 minute uphill walk to get into town with an unlit road. Staff were pleasant but the fridge in our room was faulty and this didn't get fixed despite reporting twice. Breakfast buffet was good but other food was often cold. Waiting staff however very pleasant and helpful.

The restaurant is very clean and efficient looking I have never seen it full but then I have not stayed during the summer, the staff are extremely attentive and friendly, English is spoken well. There is a choice of two set menus and have always been excellent, the starters are from a selection and it is outstanding in choice and quality and it is the same for dessert.
