Godfrey's Grille Pizzeria - Fitchburg

Is anyone else having an issue with Godfrey’s phone numbers not working ?

I've ordered from here through door dash three times. The first time they canceled my order for reasons unknown to me. The second time was fine. The food was good and the order accurate. The third time, however, was not. I ordered their steak tips over mashed potatoes. I did not get mashed potatoes, I got fries. I was not happy, the reason I ordered here instead of other places that have steak tips is because theirs is supposed to come with mashed potatoes. When I called the restaurant about this, they were very rude and snapped that they don't have mashed potatoes, only fries. When I asked why they didn't notify me, they said they don't work with door dash. When I asked why they assumed a substitution instead of canceling, they once again said they don't work with door dash. They've canceled before, so obvious they have the ability. Terrible customer service.

Pretty rude people had a pizza ordered for my girlfriend and the delivery driver didnt get the directions right when delivering and was 3 minutes behind, guy called me and said he was way behind now because of it, way behind because she 3 minutes behind because of theyre own fault

HUGE shoutout to Godfrey's Grille Pizzeria. We picked up our order and got home and moms sandwhich was a bit burnt. I couldn’t go back to pick it up because I was on my way to work. I Called them and they sent out a replacement straight to our house as soon as they could. THAT ladies and Gentleman is how you customer service!!!!! Also their BBQ pork Mac and cheese is GREAT.

Pizza was good .great price 6.99 for small.and Italian sub was good.ckean location and staff is very friendly
