Einstein Bros Bagels - Fitchburg

For the third time in two weeks we went to this place and found it closed. Apparently they are never open at weekends and today, 31. August, they are also closed. You don't want my business.

I have heard bad things from this place over not opened during the posted hours, so I have avoided it. Finally, in thankful that they were open, but not only can I not order in the app, I can't go so that it just drive thru. I wanted my bagels ice cream coffee, but was charged for a cold brew, I politely stressed an icy coffee not cold brew, (the difference is price caffeine quantity). I was told by 2 workers that the cold brew is their ice cream coffee, but it is not because it is located in 2 different places on the menu. I changed my order to hot coffee when I handed my card to pay, the manager asked if I wanted to cancel my order overall. No, I'm paying, it seems stupid to ask if I answer the payment. Then she didn't give me my 2 bagels in a bag until I asked for one. I'm relieved they were open, but even the most basic order became too complicated, it? No wonder they have long lines, I drive the extra 10 min out of the way to the other place. It is worth treating like a customer that I can rely on them to do their job.

4 times in a row, I came to this place and they were closed during their posted business times, twice because they changed the hours before the update somewhere, once with a piece of paper on the drive-thru speaker their oven was down, and once with a piece of paper, that said they could not bring anyone to work. Einstein Bagels is one of my favorite places and I have eaten them all over the country, this place is the worst I have experienced. This place obviously belongs to someone who doesn't want to do business, or has no idea how. Please note to draw their franchise from them and give it to someone else, I miss eating it here. They are now open for a total of 30 hours a week, a shot in the dark on how many hours they are actually open. Even if I could not find anyone who would work, I would still have my business open and runs 80 to 100 hours a week minimum, I would be open especially on weekends where they would do most of their business, currently not open at all on weekends. This is where things are hoping to turn around earlier.

This is the second time that I drove out of my way to this place and closed them early. If your hours have changed, update them to Google! Feel very frustrated, and do not want to leave a bad review, but it is not so hard to get up to date for your customers. So? Why are they closing before lunch? A bagel shop!
