Believe it or not, I'd never had pizza from Domino's before. But the thin-crust one I just ate was FANTASTIC! I will now be a regular customer, especially with the coupons and specials they've got, which makes this great pizza very affordable! The order-taker and the guy who handed me my carryout order were very friendly and nice too, which I appreciated.

I ordered online (delivery), 30 minutes later I got a text that my order had been cancelled (no explanation). I called the store and they told me they had no drivers, no apology, no idea when or if a driver would be available. The delivery option should not have been available on line if it's not available at the store.

This location has been our go to for a few years, service was always good and the delivery drivers have been nice. But in the last several months service and quality has gone down considerably. The last 2 times we've picked up our orders, service has been particularly horrible. Last time my boyfriend didn't get acknowledging/greeted. Our pizzas were ready and there were other people that entered after my bf but despite seeing the waiting customers she ignored them and continued to make pizzas. Today we ordered 3 pizzas. I order a large deluxe with ham, olives, and pineapple; it was $22.95. I got a large pizza with only ham, olives, and pineapple. The other 2 pizzas were fine. And again the same employee was ignoring the waiting customers. Unfortunately we didn't notice the error till we got home, by which time we were too lazy and hungry to go back. Plus we didn't want to deal with attitude from the employee. We tried to file a complaint from home, that was more difficult than going back to the shop. Yes, part of the problem is not enough employees AND lack of centralized customer service from Domino's. Unfortunately this location is suffering from it and it won't be my default location anymore.
