Dined in at many BWW around the cities and states. This was not so great. Orders take a lot of time to bring on to the table. The wings just seems like flavored and tossed for a min. The sauces were not into the wing pieces. Didn’t like it though. Tried 6 varieties of wing sauces- none of them were great. Don’t know it’s just that day or usual. Also have to say in particular that the lemonade tasted the same as water. And even if the tables were free and not filled up , it took a very long time for the waitress to take us to the booth/table. Didn’t enjoy the food on that day. Will definitely give a try once more
This place has gotten worse over the years and as much as people like blaming things on Covid, it’s hard to imagine that other similar restaurants in the area are thriving while BWWs keeps digging it’s grave deeper. If you can’t make your food fresh and you’re not in the business of treating customers equally whether buying alcoholic beverages or soda, you don’t deserve to be in business. There’s no way that 10 boneless wings should take over an hour to serve especially when others around you who ordered later than you are getting their food. If you hire people/waitresses that don’t want to work, maybe it’s time for a management overhaul or something new and different to move in.
Okay, let me tell you about my experience. There was a long wait time for drinks and to order food and the place wasn’t busy at all. Place was empty as hell, so the wait time was not justifiable. Employees on the clock couldn’t be bothered to clean after patrons have left. Some were standing around eating instead making sure tables were clean and good before other patrons came in to dine there.
I'm a Dasher who has been in the Fishers area for three years. If you order using the Door Dash app be prepared for long wait times and possibly missing items due to this location being under staffed at peak timea. The staff are doing their best so please be understanding and have patience.
