Osteria Del Borro - Firenze

We did not realise this was so close to our hotel and only saw it because of the tables outside. On enquiring we decided to return later and I am so glad we did because we finished up going there two nights in a row. The menu is relatively limited but each item is local and each night I also had the Verdure Biologiche Orto del Borro which is merely a dish of mixed vegetables (but merely does not really describe it) because these were well worth having along with whatever meal was chosen. We were lucky in that one of the staff had actually worked in UK and knew the place fairly well which was good for us because not being too busy the first night he was able to enlighten us about quite a lot. Would we go back? We did the following night.

Molto buona la qualità del cibo. Un po' alti i prezzi ma bisogna considerare anche che siamo nel cuore di Firenze. Personale gentile ma un po' sbadato. Nel complesso un ottima esperienza

Went here twice on my last trip to Florence liked it that much. Great location. Food, service great. Could have more Brunellos on the menu, otherwise very happy.

Cura e attenzione per i dettagli. Materie prime di ottima qualità lavorate sapientemente in maniera semplice

Ristorante carino, arredamento carino, tutto carino. Bella l'accoglienza e buono il servizio. Piatti nella media. Peccato, non si distingue in nulla dai mille locali carini del centro. Però ci si passa una buona serata. Prezzi adeguati al nome.
