Bidrage med feedbackWonderful experience here in Florence! Super legit Japanese restaurant with authentic dishes. The staff are so kind and very professional and polite. Even though there were some English barriers, they communicated very well and provided amazing service. Highly recommend this place if you want to take a pasta break and have some traditional Japanese food!
Quality and service which well exceeds its price range. If you’re looking for authentic, excellent quality Japanese food in Florence this is the place you’re looking for. The gentleman who works here (maybe runs it? is beyond professional, with an extremely impressive commitment to service. Honestly on par with even Michelin star places I have been to, I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant. I recommend the hand rolled sushi rolls, they are just delightful especially the shrimp one.
We had an incredible dining experience at Il Cuore ! Each dish was presented with a story about its origin or cultural significance, which added a unique touch to the meal. The cuisine was authentic and fresh, and the service was impeccable, with staff showing great attention to detail ! Highly recommend this place, and look forward to coming back!
The real Japanese cuisine. quality products, directly from the Japan. amazing flavors. I'll definitely come back. Congratulations!
A normal review would not be enough to describe the 360-degree experience simply entering the restaurant. opening the door immediately welcomed by the sound of a lighter bamboo. the restaurant is immediately enveloping and intimate, almost entering your house. but the real first positive note of this place is the manager, Minato-san who with his passion tries to convey what a traditional Japanese restaurant can offer, successfully perfectly in his intent. As for the courses I decided to space as much as possible by ordering meso soup, bamboo shoots, kaisen don (a mixture of sashimi on a bowl of rice), mixed sashimi and finish the dish that led me to what I consider my first culinary orgasm: the wagyu counter. all accompanied by a degotation of love that mine has never failed to explain and let us know the history of production. all courses were brought with the right times and quality was high with meticulous care both for preparation and commitment. to close this pleasant meal a selection of Japanese desserts in which stands out the doriyaki with azuki jam, sweet red beans. price more than honest for those who want to live an experience of the rising sol directly at firenze. More than recommended. Thanks again, Minato-San
