Bidrage med feedbackWe ate here twice and the staff were really helpful in adapting standard dishes to meet vegan tastes and the sandwiches and salads we got were very good. Wine was a bit expensive but good. It is right near the Duemo, which is teeming with people, yet very quiet. Good deli style shop downstairs with wide range of meats, cheeses, oils, vinegars etc.
We stopped in here for some wine and R&R and had an incredible experience! To start with, it's a multi-level establishment. From the entrance you may think it's a small wine shop, but walk in. In the back is a staircase that goes to the upstairs area for eating. You can buy a bottle of wine off the shelf downstairs and then bring it upstairs to enjoy. Upstairs you can order food, and we highly recommend a selection of Tuscan meats and cheeses. The set back and enjoy La Dolce Vita! The staff is pleasant and accommodating. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the prices are right where they should be.
This is NOT a wine and cheese shop or s restaurant. It is a very nice leather goods store. The owner told us that it was founded 90 years ago by his grandfather, but when he took over 40 years ago he changed it to leather goods. He kept the name out of respect for his grandfather.
This is essentially a shop with a restaurant. The shop is lovely with a wide array of superior drinks and foods. We enjoyed lovely sandwiches and a coffee in its clean and relaxing restaurant
We ate here and found the staff were helpful in explaining the different offerings. Sandwiches the salads are excellent. Wine was a bit pricy, but then not considering we were in FLorence. Very close to the Duomo, hence the name .... Enoteca Del Duomo but good.
