Domino's Pizza - Fillmore

My order was placed on 12/10/2023 at 6:05pm with a delivery time of approximately 30-42 minutes. When it finally arrived, more than 30 minutes after that 30-42 minutes, it was cold, damaged and unusable. Jordan, the delivery driver, marked my food as 'delivered ' at around the 40 minute mark (6:45). (HE LIED, assuming so that he would not get in trouble for a late delivery). I called the store to ask where my order was. Stephanie put me on hold for a long time and said it should arrive soon . Jordan called me at 6:53 telling me he was lost and could not find my address. I gave him directions, but he still was unable to find me. At 7:02, I called him back for an ETA, because he still had not arrived. Finally, at around 7:16, he arrived, OVER 30 MINUTES AFTER the promised 30-42 minutes. This would have been just an annoyance, and not an actual problem until I checked my order and found it to be in a disheveled, cold, and inedible condition. He shared that he he didn 't know why he had such a hard time finding me, because he literally lives on Apricot Street, which is the row of housed across the alley behind my house. After discovering the condition of my order, I tried to refuse it, but Jordan stated that I needed to call the store, because he was done with Domino 's. I immediately contacted the store, asking for the Manager. Stephanie, the manager, was rude, refused to have the order picked up, and refused to refund my money. She even refused to replace the order. She sarcastically told me I should call corporate to see if they 'd like to make me a new order. This merchant did not provide the goods (food) and service (timely delivery) that I paid for. The cold, damaged, unusable products were not used and had to be disposed of. Basically, Domino 's stole $25 from me. I honestly tried to resolve the issue with the store, but Stephanie refused.I would encourage the owner of this franchise to respond to this review and make an effort to resolve my issue. If satisfied, I will amend or revise my review.

Service is horrible, always messing up my order, last time I went in there with my sister an old man delivery driver closed the door on my sisters face, i went in to fix a mistake they made on my order and some young man was yelling a smart remark out to me... HORRIBLE place full of kids who have no respect and lack customer service... if I can rate this place -1 star I would management needs to fix their employees here full of disrespectful kids that love giving an attitude..

I don't believe how bad that pizza it is right now, when they should improve by this point.there is almost no ingredients in the pizza is like a peace of bad bread. So disappointing.

Got a notification my pizza was ready and had to wait 10 min more and ny order was incomplete ?
