Swabian. Good. Delicious Swabian dishes are served in the beautiful semi-craned house with vaulted cellar. The service is very friendly, attentive and fast. The map is compact and contains a large Auswahk in regional dishes. The snails as an appetizer were really delicious and the portions are exactly right. Unfortunately, the wild boar was a bit dry. For a cozy evening, the wine room is just the right one and the price is right. Service: 5/5 Ambience: 5/5 Food: 3.5/5

One of the best restaurants in Filderstadt Today we enjoyed Gänsebraten for birthday dinner. There were carvings for the children. As always all super delicious, very friendly staff and a great kitchen, unrestricted recommendation.

Rustic, cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Good, authentic and high quality kitchen at real price. Very recommended.

In April 2018 we celebrated a confirmation with 23 adults 10 children and the guests as well as we were very satisfied. It really could not have been better: Celebrating in white covered with fabric napkins, great tasty food, always courteous attentive service, super service care in advance in preparation time tried to go on special requests.
