Figueira da Foz is a superb venue to spend some days. This restaurant will soon have a residence attached. The place is quite with an amazing view over Mondego.

Great setting, not far from the city centre with a view of the river and the bridge. Good food, some quality ingredients, cheap and nice wine, great and attentive service. Few other foreigners around, although almost always full on a weekend, don't miss it for sampling some of the best dishes of Portuguese cuisine! Lunches served as buffet.

Very popular with the locals. Offers a buffet with a wide variety of starters, mains and desserts. Drinks are included. An absolute bargain. I have visited a few times and it is always packed.

Food is only ok, the space is very noisy too many windows and no curtains and it was crowded. Service was good for a self service. For the price, and considering it is a self service all you can eat, one can't expect much more, but still food could be better.
